A co- fermentation of all classic white grapes from Roussillon, so beautifully put together that it exudes energy as well as a delicate bouquet of stone fruits, confit lemon and flowers. Alain is a genius both at the vineyard and in the cellar. He can find the perfect balance in the fruit’s ripeness, aromatic and acidity. Tir à blanc is special and it is a gem only produced in a limited quantity every year.
