ÉLEVAGE: 4 months in stainless steel

A pure and vibrant Grenache expression, with notes of wild fennel and white stone fruits. Its salinity, coming from the Sal de Morro found in the clays, is just what it needs to radiate even more. A brilliant wine, made with all the love!
