SOIL: Limestone-clay, with gravel

VINIFICATION: 2 harvests, one for acidity, one for maturity, blended after fermentation

ÉLEVAGE: 6 months in old french barrels 500L

 

Notes of ripe apples, pears and anis. A classical expression of white grenache, that evokes a burgundy style, but with much more sunshine and salinity.
