Proscrito is comprised of 95% Palomino with a touch of Garnacha Tintorera, which gives the wine a wonderful raspberry color. From a single plot, Campo Santo, located in the heart of the village of Larouco, these two varieties have been co-planted for decades. A tiny production, there are only 150 vines and 225 bottles produced. Fermentation and aging are done in 225L old french barrel. Proscrito is a dark rosé, both delicate and gourmet, full of crushed wild berries, sweet spices, hypercomplex, and totally sublime.
