The old sumoll vines are planted in altitude and only give a very small yield. It is therefore an extremely limited nectar. The grapes are hand picked and foot crushed. It is a dense and rustic wine, with tannins, acidity, ferrous notes, alongside others that recall fall leaves, cinnamon and red petal flowers. Elegant and unique!
