AGE OF VINES:

VINIFICATION:

ÉLEVAGE:

Toni has many parcels of old vines, but this parcel, for Roig Boig, is co-planted with 13 different varieties, of red and white local grapes from the region, many of which have been abandoned. The idea is to research the way in which the varietals grow and adapt to each other and to the terroir over time, as well as offer a photograph of the local grapes. Roig Boig means “rouge fou” in Catalan, and is a highly drinkable “tonic” of sorts that is meant for all occasions. Zero sulfur added.
