GRAPE: Muscat, merlot, grenache
AGE OF VINES: 30-50 years
SOIL: granitic sand, gravel
VINIFICATION: Muscat (2 days of maceration), grenache and merlot added (1 day of maceration)
ÉLEVAGE: Stainless steel, zero sulfur, bottled at end of December.
Laurent purchases the Muscat from a nearby friend, and after 2 days of maceration adds the Grenache and Merlot from his own parcel. On the 3rd day the grapes are pressed and continue fermenting in stainless steel. Brimming with energy, Mura Mura is full of of pink grapefruit, crushed white flowers and wild Mediterranean herbs.
