Otium is a fresh and energetic rendition of Grenache, full of crunchy red berry fruit, blood orange, and sweet spice. While the grapes are harvested on the early side, with the intention of maintain acidity and freshness, the "red citrus fruit" combined with a distinct salinity lend to a complex and food-friendly expression.
