Otium is an energetic rendition of Grenache, full of crunchy red berry fruit, blood orange, and sweet spices. While the grapes are harvested on the early side, with the intention of maintaining acidity and freshness, the "red citrus fruit" combined with a distinct salinity lend to a complex and food-friendly expression.
