During a trip to Sicily, Francesc's father fell in love with Malvasia. He brought back root stock and planted one hectare of vines in Nulles, where the soils are predominately limestone. Intrigued by the aromatics and its salty expression, Francesc began vinifying from this single parcel two years ago. The result is an easy drinking tonic, joyful, bursting with notes of lemon zest, almond paste, white flowers and rosemary. It is the first cuvée bottled every year, in the spring, just in time for terrace season!
