GRAPE: Syrah and Tempranillo

VINIFICATION: The 50% of Syrah is destemmed and lightly crushed, 45% of Tempranillo is only destemmed and the last 5% is left in whole clusters. All the vessels are then blended and macerated for 8 days.
ÉLEVAGE: Fermented for 9 months in stainless steel tanks.
