KM31 is a co-plantation of the oldest vines of the domaine. They are planted in goblet, facing south-west, high up in the hills of Banyuls, overlooking the ocean. This parcel is found deep in the windy roads, 31 kilometers from the cave in Montesquieu- des- Albères, where her love companion lives and carefully assists.
