Tinc Set = I'm Thirsty in Catalan.

The newest addition, Tinc Set, began in the height of the pandemic in the back-alley behind Alma. A take-out counter offering barcelona-style free-range rotisserie chicken, A pick up of free-range rotisserie local organic vegetables, Alma's famous churros,
and our favorite Catalan and Spanish natural wine, highlighting the Vin I Vida portfolio.

In January of 2021 Tinc Set opened in it's very own brick and mortar, the former depanneur next-door to Alma. The two kitchens are connected and Chef Juan Lopez Luna is at the helm of two unique menus. A tapas bar inspired by our favorite neighbourhood spots in Barcelona, Tinc Set can be be whatever you want it to be - café and churros in the late morning, a wine-driven lunch with tapas and bocadillos, a late-afternoon apéro, or a last minute dinner with it's classic Barcelona-style chicken and charcoal roasted half octopus with patatas bravas. The wines are available for take-out and our house-made conservas and our favorite anchovies from Collioure dominate our grocery section - Tinc Set is all about versatility and spontaneity !
